I coordinate with trusted professionals—such as vetted and reviewed roofers, HVAC technicians, and electricians—while taking care of the smaller handyman tasks myself.
Tailored Planning
Together, we create a budget and timeline for essential maintenance and dream projects, from fixing faulty outlets and touching up paint to building a deck or repainting your entire house.

Expanded Pitch
I guide homeowners through the upkeep and improvement of their homes by creating a personalized, long-term plan that suits your unique property. This isn’t about large commercial projects—it’s about enhancing and maintaining the space you live in, with clear planning and phased execution.
For new clients, we start by walking through your home to identify immediate needs, upcoming maintenance, and future goals. We’ll separate the must-dos from the want-tos, and, when needed, bring in trusted professionals—roofers, HVAC experts, plumbers, electricians—to get their input. I handle the smaller handyman tasks myself, ticking them off the list as we go.
Together, we’ll draft a clear plan and budget, prioritizing projects based on your timeline and goals. Whether it’s replacing a roof, painting your house, or building a new deck, I’ll guide you through each step to ensure you feel supported and confident. Think of it as project management for the everyday homeowner—giving you peace of mind and a clear path to investing in your home.

Examples of Real-Life Situations
- Attic Insulation vs. Electrical Work: A client wanted to insulate their attic but also needed electrical work done. Although the electrical work was a bigger expense upfront, it made much more sense to handle it first. This avoided the need to rip out insulation later to access electrical wiring, saving both time and money in the long run.
- Furnace Replacement Issue: A client’s furnace went out, and they spent $10,000 to replace it. Later, when they wanted to upgrade to a refrigerant air system, they discovered that their newly installed furnace was incompatible, as they were unaware that it was part of a dual air/furnace system. With proper advisory services, such costly mistakes can be avoided by planning and coordinating all future upgrades beforehand.
